Exchange - Database Size

Every morning our exchange does not work properly, Ive checked event viewer and see that errors with exchange start every day at 5 AM, it start with following error:

Exchange store 'First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (SVRAD)': The logical size of this database (the logical size equals the physical size of the .edb file and the .stm file minus the logical free space in each) is 18 GB. This database size has exceeded the size limit of 18 GB.

I need and experience provider that help me resolve this problem.

Also I would need that this provider take a look to our exchange configuration and suggest me about proper configuration of Exchange.

So please bid first for fixing the error, then for taking a look to our Exchange configuration and suggest improvements for smooth working.

Currently Exchange is being used by 13 persons, database seize range from 2 to 1 Giga. We have some backup plans.

We have Exchange Version: 6.5.7638.1 running in Windows 2003

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
