I am looking for a designer to design and create an online dating picture community web site, extactly like [[login to view URL]][1], with all the features and fuctions of this site. Please visit and join the site. The site must include all features including chat and instant messenger. The 'cool tools' functions need to be included but all members will be able to use them for free. 'Adult verification' is not required and therefore the site will be completely free and there is no need for payment gateways. There is also no need for the 'Grim Rita' section or the 'Groups' sections of the website. The site should not break any copyright rule, i must have all resell rights and properties. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
