Hospital Competency Data base with Grid

I need someone to professionalize a project I created in Access to capture demographic data, yearly education requirements and other education documentation. This database would create several reports for managers and educators. It would need the capability for the competencies to be changed and all the reports updated with the new data. It would need to be simple to use. Initially it would be used on individual PC's but may be ported to the network in the future. That would not need to be programmed into this version but is a possible path to be aware of. Attached is the version that I built. It needs a cleaner interface and I'm not wedded to the way it currently looks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Window 98, 2000, 2000 Professional, XP
