Image Rating "Hot or Not" Application. We need an image rating application. We want to use some ready made solution that we can customize. End users will be able to upload photos og model-girls and these will be rated and commented by other users, much like Hotornot.com. We want a robust software platform that has traffic driving features. Preferably open source so we can continue developing it. We can be willing to pay for a commercial software package if this is our best option. We have: - Website with some traffic. - Webhosting. - Graphics and logos. Deliverables: - Research and suggest what application to use. - Install application. - Incorporate our graphics in application. - Give us some help in setting it up and customizing it (within standard features). - Get us going with the application for a few days so we can run it ourselves once it is up. - All files, compilations etc used. We might want to discuss custom features etc at a later stage. Please provide references to earlier work. Please tell us what application you suggest using.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
