Implement simple FCKeditor-based system

I have a simple content editing system that I've used on a few sites. It's based on the lastest version of the open source FCKeditor. All of my implementation steps are documented. It's fairly simple, but I am looking for someone who is detail oriented to be able to do this one, and then on a regular basis. Knowledge and experiencing installing, configuring and customizing FCKeditor is a big plus. FCKeditor can be a little tricky to tweak especially if you don't want to spend a lot of time doing it. "Customizations" will be limited to customizing the toolbar, setting up the file browser, that kind of thing. It's more configuration than anything. I'm not asking you to mod any of the FCKeditor code. Aside from installing/configuring/customizing FCKeditor, my "solution" also includes - a very simple login script for the site administrator to log in (this is already made) - a php script which grabs the .[login to view URL] of FCKeditor right into the site, to save you time uploading it through FTP; then I use PHPShell to unzip and also to set various permissions - if this sounds weird to you, I have it all documented, it's not difficult - moving the "content" part of html from a php page and putting it in a separate file to edit with FCKeditor - implementing my method for putting the editor on each page I will upload my documentation on all of my steps to the winning bidder. The last site I did this on, it took less than two hours to install/config/customize FCKeditor, put up the admin login page and get the first editable page working (and I was documenting the steps while doing so). Then it took 2 minutes to do each page after that. I figure if you do this a couple of times, you'll get the whole process down to an hour and a half, maybe less. I'm ultimately more interested in accuracy than speed.
