MSSQL DTS Package

I would like a MSSQL (2000) DTS package created which looks in a particular folder for csv files. For each csv file found it will determine if the file has been processed already (by a simple select query on a 'processed_files' table). If the file has been processed already we ignore it, if it has not then it open the file and loads in all the rows. The rows in the csv have column headers etc, I would like the 'data' table to have the same names as the column headers All the rows should be inserted into the 'data' table and the filename into the 'processed_files' table as a transaction so that we do not end up with orphaned data for half processed files. It needs to be ROCK SOLID and WELL COMMENTED / DOCUMENTED. Further points. 1. The CSV files will each have the same columns. 2. The table will be created by hand before the DTS package runs 3. It MUST be done in DTS, I'm not interested in VB, VB.NET or anything else. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MS SQL Server 2000
