PHP Help with Sorting Files and Folders on specific php code

I need help modifying a script to sort the files before they are displayed. We have a flash app that calls a php page we think to display some thumbnails in tool. This worked great on our server and then we moved our server and for some reason our files are not displaying correctly. We've tried to figure out how to get the server fixed but would really prefer to have the code in the php force the sort on the files. I've attached the script to be modified and I'm not that familiar with PHP and thus I need someone who can look at this code and be able to tweak it to require the sort of the files. The folder is called /graphics and there are folders inside called 0-solid and 1-abstract and I'd like the files to display this way.
