Podcast Website

We are currently looking for someone who is proficient with building podcast websites. The name we're going to use is [login to view URL] _We want to have the ability within the site to add and remove links as [login to view URL] also need to be able to upload audio as [login to view URL] will be changing the audio files daily so we're looking for something that will allow us to upload new material [login to view URL], we would like for our listeners to be able to listen to the podcasts without going thru alot of tedious steps to hear the podcasts. Our main theme is "Carolina Beat...From The Carolinas To The World".With that theme in mind, one thing that we would like on the opening page is a picture of a city scene in the background with some sort of flash [login to view URL] than that we'll let the programmer use their own creativity. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
