Quick CSS fixes, smarty templates and PDA compatible pages

This is a nice easy job for someone who's good with layout, CSS and templates.
We have a number of very similar, almost finished pages that need some work. Basically fixing some css, vlink colours, centering elements on the page etc etc...... easy stuff but we want it all to render reasonably well on PDAs and to make sure page layout remains ok when users change text size so it might require a little thought but nothing too tough. There's 7 or 8 pages in all.
The page layout is very simple and you might want to suggest improvements too.
In addition, we need some smarty templates to work with amember pro.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be uploaded to our code repository and, when development is finished, deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in on our linux server. This is important - you must be able to use our Subversion code repository. 3) Deliverables must work in 3+ browsers. 4) Deliverables must not require client-side downloads. 5) Code must be very well commented. 6) Code must be fully tested before and after upload to the server. Testing must be done to ensure good cross-browser compatibility. 7) In the event of compatibility issues, web pages must degrade gracefully. 8) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement)
