This website will be specific to Alaska instead of a nationwide rental site. The site has to be self-automated where users can upload images/edit info instantly using php/mysql database like [login to view URL] with a user name and password. Preferably I would like somebody to already have real estate website experience and heavy php/mysql experience. The url is going to be rentalalaska.com. I would like a control panel that is user friendly. The site needs monthly payment processing using paypal and 2checkout.com. The site will also need space for advertisements maybe some 120x60 and one 480x60 banners. Renal properties include, apartments, condos, homes, rooms, vacation, house, rv, etc...
