I have a photo website, similar to wireimage.com. I need to have a custom shopping cart created for this project and then need to have the cart integrated with an [url removed, login to view] compatible merchant account. 1. Put shopping cart feature in place to allow images to be added to a cart [url removed, login to view] will also include creating a pricing structure for all images. b. Determine pricing structure, allow admin ability to change values of variables within the determined pricing structure 2. Merchant Account Integration a. Integrate an [url removed, login to view] compatible gateway to allow for real time credit card processing. The products being sold are photos. There will need to be different pricing structures put in place for these photos. The price will be determined based on (a) the image, (b) the size / quality of the image being downloaded and (c) the usage of the image. There should be a formula that is put in place for all images on the site and then the admin will need the ability to override that formula with custom prices for any of the images.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The site is on a dedicated Linux server and all work will be done in PHP with a SQL database.
