Simple iBook template for iPad

I'm looking for someone who can do this project in shortest time as possible. This project should be easy for experienced iPhone programmer.
**Introduction**
-I want to create a simple iPad app like iBook but with a bit more features - like showing pictures and play videos
-Basically I'm planning to do sort of digital interactive school textbook but at this point, I just need some basic functionality only for presentation purpose - showing iPad simulator working in action
-To get you visualize how the app would looks like, imagine something similar like iBook but with graphics on it that can be tapped to make it bigger and for certain graphics, when you click on it - it can play short video clip either embed to it or using Popover.
**Features of the project**
-It should work in both orientation - landscape and portrait
-In Portrait mode, it shows single page at a time.
-Each page has its own view so I can customize it (and of course able to add it)
-It can flip from page to page (page curl or animated if possible)
-For each page, put an image where when it is tapped, the image pop-up become bigger (maybe using popover controller?)
-Same goes for certain image, it will play short video in a pop up when touched
-At the top of the page, you can double tap and it will bring up a horizontal toolbars which showing icon items on that toolbar (Index, Search, Notes, Help, About)
-When tapping on Notes, it will bring up Notes view (TextView) from bottom to up and bring up keyboard.
-There should be Done button at the top right, when click on it - the Notes disappear and it goes back to that same page.
-Other items on toolbar will bring up different View which can be customized later.
-For Landscape mode, it should shows 2 pages (similar like iBook) -
-Other features would be similar to Portrait Mode.
That should be it. I'm just looking to do a couple of pages, able to flip pages and play some videos on it - that's it.
