I am new to RAC but have had substantial experience in both hardware and software development. Since selling my internet publishing company, I am pursuing a new area of interest! I want to sell cars on Ebaymotors.
I need software developed that will allow me to easily create HTML that I can copy and paste into the Description field when I am creating an ebaymotors auction listing. The software must be a simple "fill in the blanks" type of form that will allow me to input the necessary information for the car/truck/boat or parts that I want to sell. It should give me a choice of what type of listing I want to create - eg: Car, Truck, Boat or Part. This is important since much more information is required for selling a car or truck and different information is required to sell a boat. Same for selling parts.
The software must also allow me to easily select images from a selectable location (external drive, digital camera, etc.) that I want to use for my ebaymotors auction. I would like to be able to select the option of having a brief caption on each picture. I would also like to choose from a few templates that would contain my letterhead and contact information, zoomable pictures and different layouts where the data will be inserted. I would also like to be able to choose from pre-defined links that I can incorporate as needed. eg: PayPal, BidPay, Kelley Blue Book, etc.
Upon filling out the information, the program must generate an HTML file that can be pasted into the ebaymotors listing form.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
