Sports betting parlor must allow admin to enter upcoming sports information to be displayed to users, including ODDS, starting pitcher with stats (if baseball), or other misc infomation about each team. Must allow users to electronically purchase betting information. Must allow admin to control the split. User must be able to click and place a bet. Optionally, Money will return into users account if the bet did not win. Site must be created with interchangeable templates, so web designers can be contracted to change the look and feel. Must accept multiple payment gateways, 2checkout, e-gold, paypal, [url removed, login to view], ccavenue, and possibly others. Must have a CMS (Content management system) administrative control panel where all aspects of the site can be adjusted and controlled. Must have admin reports/stats page per each game, so we know how many people bet on which game and what our profit / loss was. etc. Programmer must a development server where progess can be tracked, and suggestions and changes can be made quickly.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
