Website Functionality needed

To maybe help you out about this project I looked for lots of samples for you to review and get the idea of the functionality that I needed. I would like it to be like a neutral place where one clan can place a challenge, and people read the challege, choose the challenge and they play. That is how the ranking system would work, Here is a link for the example: [url removed, login to view] It's kinda like a third party, the website would be a third [url removed, login to view]'s how the ladder of the ranking would be designed. Here is another example, if someone wanted to challege the top clan, ( I would have my sponsored clan get and recieve challeges. [url removed, login to view] Use the examples I provided, I like how they add scores, . acheivements, etc......That is a good way to have a Ladder! These examples I sent pretty much copy what was done! ~ F $ U ~ | Challenge the King There was this clan [url removed, login to view] See how that clan called f $ U how they have a crown in there name, that shows that there No. 1 in the clan matches. I would like to create something like that and other simple avatars that I would attach to clans to show 1, 2, or 3 place for them! [url removed, login to view] This link is when you click on the team this is what pops up and you can challege the no.1 team to come up with a game! I would also like a way, when I have a clan that is ranked in a ladder, and if they cheated, I would like to LOCK the Clan, an image of a LOCK and I would want to make that clan not be able to challege anyone. I found a website that is doing exactly what we are trying to do. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
