Facebook App for Real Estate Brokerage Company in Florida

Objective: Express Yourself is intended to be a FaceBook application that we can imbed on our web site as well as send out to our contacts and clients to fill out for use on our web site. The purpose of this application is for people to give and get information about cities, communities and areas in Florida that they like and the reasons why. This in turn will help people who are a little unsure of where they want to buy or rent in Florida obtain information on what other people have to say. We deal with so many international clients that are looking for more information on communities and to be able to possibly get information from friends they may have on facebook or just get information on our web site would be a great service for them. Our company is engaged primarily in servicing International clients and we will be domaining 13 different web sites in the local language with country specific URL’s. We want to be able to program this application so the country of origin that the respondent is from gets directed to the website for that particular country. We also want to write the program so the City/Community in Florida gets directed to the area on our web site where people are looking for [login to view URL] essence we want to be able to redirect the information on 2 fronts. Where the contributor comes from and where the visitor to the site is interested in going [login to view URL] want to be able to create this facebook application while our web site is under construction and be able to send it to our contacts and clients in advance to obtain good content to populate our web site as soon as it is live. We have held off on creating facebook groups for the individual countries as we want to make sure we set this up correctly at the onset and we are not certain the best way to create different business facebook pages for the different countries we are marketing to. The idea is similar to when you are on Trip Advisor and you can see a pop up on the right side that says see what some of your Facebook friends have to say about the location/hotel etc.. you are viewing. We have completed a short animated video explaining what the Application is so people have a little more information regarding the App. Our designer will also provide the design layout so all we are looking for is the programming aspect of the Application. Once the person signs on with Facebook their profile picture would be inserted into the “head” on the character. The image for the App will look similar to the image at 54 seconds in the animation video. An animated body, with the facebook profile image inserted on the head and the narrative on a templated image of either a tablet, document book page etc..
