Some of design work has been done is approx 25% of project design, but much requires corrections and modification. When project is completed and is on our server you will assist us with a one-month beta testing and do all corrections and suggestions and modifications. You will provide us with a three month service agreement and will repair anything and everything that may not function as it was intended at no additional cost. This service agreement will start the day after the beta testing repairs are completed. Before you start working on this big project you must first complete the work on four small scale projects (included in the price). One project had already had some of the work finished but requires corrections, modifications and adding some more features and functionalities that were not done. Three more small scale projects in complete including the web design of each site and features and functionalities, etc.. In all you are bidding on five projects. One major project which is thoroughly discussed above, and four small projects including a small project that most of the work has been done and requires some more features functionalities and repairs; three more small projects to create new websites. All the sites are inter related but are individual projects. If you fail to get this small projects finished as per our requirement we will have the right to end the contract for the full project.
