develpment of music site

To design an interactive music guitar teaching site. A template is required to play videos of the teacher playing; an online chat where pupils and teacher can talk during lesson; a wav file player which will highlight the notes being played on a seperate image of the music (riff) as it is being played; an image of a guitar neck (fretboard) which also dynamically shows the notes and strings being played. I do not want this site ripped off; I want all work to be unique, although it is fair to say there is some obvious cross over in ideas. I will also need some easy way of updating/making new pages with fresh content that a non computer person can operate. I would like to see some creative ideas and a much higher standard of site than the one mentioned. The person who develops this site, if satisfactory will get much more work due to future site development. I know I have missed plenty of detail; I would like the primary idea developed along with a smart looking site.
