FLEX/FLASH UI Developer - drag-n-drop

I am looking for a highly talented and skilled Flex UI developer to create a drag n drop WYSIWYG web based editor. Pretty much the concept behind the editor is to allow the user to load our already programmed templates into the editor you design/develop and then do things like change the text, drag and drop items from the editor onto the template and more. You should have a keen eye for design and the editor should be very modern and web 2.0 in nature. You will have to work with our programmer to make sure his work plugs in with yours. Fun project...im looking for the best designers. Part of your job is to work with the Developer and their documentation to make the actual editor work with our MYSQL Database and templates. Will need a WYSIWYG editor. The output of the editor is saving to a MYSQL DATABASE, not HTML.
