I am looking for some one to build an Opt-In web site with the following Spec's
1) Html / Flash / DHTML coding
2) must capture email address when submit buton is hit
3) must send verifaction email to address when submitted with verifaction link
4) once email is verified it must be added to a database
4) Site will have multiple submit areas for different products (i.e ringtones, Dating, Mortgages, Cash Advance, etc etc)
4a) I would like there to be a main page with Actual Tabs at the tip of the page, with different Sections Labeled
4b) the user will click on the tab and it will have an icon for that ever is labeled and have a entry box for an email & a submit button
4c) i want this all done within the same URL, so Flash i think would be the best way to program
5) must be able to set up backend database to compile list of emails submitted
6) Must have look and feel of a teen / young adult website
7) Budget for project negotiable
