PHP programmer to join team in making web site(8-10 pages)

I need a php programmer who have OO concept and knowledge of smarty to work on a website with me. The team will consists of me and the programmer. I have the basic framework ready, some of the pages can be done easily within 4 hours of configuration and design adjustments. some pages will need some [login to view URL] i have a data access class for the database tables,the design for the database,a data grid class that i am currently working on (my design of the grid is based on the component design pattern).So i think that with these helper classes the job will be done quickly.I will need the prgramer to work according to the design, if the he/she has the questions or doubts i am available through email/msn and he/she can discuss about the design adjustments to fit the programming needs since i dont want to draw a tight boundary. however he/she need to implement according to the oo concept and use css for the page [login to view URL] will also be some parts using ajax,i already have the ajax plugin for smarty, so the prgrammer would need to know some javascripts to handle the callback functions that ajax will invoke. The job consists of 8 pages, 1)home (already has a flash,might need to change movie) 2)gents(a grid to browse suit style) 3)ladies(a grid to browse dress style) 4)Shirts(a grid to browse shirt style) 5)Measurement Form (change the templates,minor changes) 6) Package Deal(credit card intregration or western union, a sure mailing order) 7)About us 8)contact Us(will need a map drawn) Those are the basic requirements. I will discuss the requirements in detail after i decide on the programmer. If there is any question please dont hestitate to ask and i am willing to accept more than one programmer on specific job. A big note, i will be strict on the oo concept of the web site since i need to enhance and maintain it in the future. Some examples can be seen at [login to view URL], however thats just a prototype and i only need the pages listed above for this one. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
