We need a Scrum wall plugin for BigBlueButton conferncing system written in flash. Following features have to be included:
* Scrum wall with sections for Open, in Progress, Tested an Done State
* Name for the Scrum wall defaults to the Conference Room name, but can be changed. Name is displayed on the top of the wall.
* One Scrum wall per Conference which can be opened in a conference
* Requirements (User Stories) can be written on stickers (yellow notes) and be moved around to each state using drag and drop with free positioning
* User Stories have an entry on the bottom left for "Story Points", which is an integer, and on the bottom right for "Priority" (also an integer).
* You can save a scrum wall with all notes and their positions on the board. This should be handled internally with an internal note_id
* When you open a Scrum wall, you have the option to select from saved walls, which had been in use in this conference room.
In the future we will need to integrate this with third party project management solutions. Therefore keep in mind that upon loading we will exchange the following information in the future:
* project_id (relates to a scrum wall id)
* project_name (relates to name of the scrum wall)
* user_story_id (relates to a note)
* user_story_content (relates to note content)
* user_story_state (relates to position of the note with regards to the sections. Not the absolute position is important here, but the position with regards to the wall's sections)
* user_story_priority (relates to note priority)
* user_story_sp (relates to note Story Points)
