I am only going to award a project to a person who can satisfy me technically three things:
1. what process they will go through to make a virtual tour details
2. how they are going to implement flyer creation
3. upload a same virtual tour created by system to youtube
Without this, we will have a serious conflict at the end.
these are three core function that i am worried about adding property details its very simple thing i am least worried about it.
now back to the three core things

what you can do is go to that site and then click on Self-served Membership
that gives you free 7 days trial please go through the whole process
register ( it will take a minute) create a profile, information and follow the process add pictures and see how the tour is created right away. then some how which I don't know this tour is recorded more likely in FLV then with out any interaction tour is loaded to you tube to our account and the link is generated.
once you go through the process send me the link of the virtual tour that you created along with youtube link and the flyer one.
just to verify that you did all the above to understand the project.
once i have the links then we will talk on Skype if you care to do this project.
