I own a site at vacationrentaldirect.com. This site allows users to list their vacation rental properties for a fee. This project requires a very talented flash designer who will create online flash marketing videos. Flash designer will have to create 5 initial style templates. VERY IMPORTANT: Data for variables in flash marketing videos (marketing text, pictures, etc..) will be drawn from a mysql or sql database, so flash designer might use combo boxes and then later my developer will connect combo box to database feed. Users will choose from 5 templates, data from database will then populate template and user will be presented with options to edit data, rearrange pictures, etc.. Once complete flash video will be converted to flv format. This project requires very skilled flash developer with great deal of creativity and talent. Object of flash(flv) videos is to promote property owners vacation rentals...thus it must contain sound, etc. templates should have themes like ocean, moutains, fishing, golf, sunsets, snow, etc... or could be generic using colors, music, etc.. Once video is complete, video will be hosted on new website, and user will be presented with links to embed video on their website, etc.. Only high ranking flash developers will be considered.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
