This is a web page for a company called ??[url removed, login to view] AS??. The company has a logo ready for use in PDF format, and the web page must be design according to the company profile and so on. ( colors, buttons, theme, etc ). The company is in the heating business, selling and designing systems for “water heated?? floors.
The main purpose with the web page is Information about the company, products, prices, and general information about the systems [url removed, login to view] is selling. All the text on the web page will be provided from us.
The designer must be good at graphic design, and also HTML coding. He must also be independent during the process, taking own decisions concerning design and use of colours.
**Specifications:**
The web page must contain professional design, concerning good-looking buttons, headings, colour use, and so on.
One part ( page ) will have a interactive picture of one or two of the systems ( contains all the part of the heating system ). When the customer are pointing with the mouse over one of the parts, and press the button, he will enter a new page with the specifications on the part he choose. I guess the designer must be able to handle MX Flash for this task.
A simple calculation function, where some numbers are written in, for the customer to calculate the price of the system. The variables must be editable for the owner of the web page ( just a simple login script is good ). I guess this is from 6 to 8 different variables all together. The calculations don’t need to be stored any place at all, just a “real time?? calculation. An MS Excel sheet containing all these data / formula will be provided.
Sense the [url removed, login to view] AS is a norwegian company, the designer must be coopaerative concerning language. I need flexible text fields, where my self can edit the tekst in "dreamweaver" during the project.
All together the whole web page system should contain 8 to 10 different pages, with links ( buttons ) between them.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
