Ratings Website (Programming and Design)

I need a professional, well built fast and functional ratings website (like Hot or Not) BUT instead of a 1-10 ratings system, visitors will be able to place a bid on the dollar amount they would pay (in US currency) for an evening spent with the person in the photo. (All in good fun, of course) For example: Current ratings sites have a 1-10 numeral system where those in a photo are rated on a scale of 1-10 by clicking a radio button. In this site there would be radio buttons next to amounts of US currency. $0 $1 $10 $20 $50 $100 $250 $500 $750 $1000. The script should also be able to keep track of the dollar amounts and show total dollar amounts with every photo reload. The site should have an easy to administer front end and be easy for a visitor to complete a profile and upload their photos. The backend should be equally easy for the admin to approve update and delete accounts. The site should be designed using a black background and hot pink colors. The site will also require a header logo. The coder should be able to complete the job in a timely manner and have great communication skills. The coder will also be responsible for uploading the site to my server, taking care of installing the database(s) and making sure the site is bug free. This will most likely be a custom PHP script, but I may accept a modified ratings site if it meets my needs I am asking for someone with a good work ethic, who is creative and has fun doing their job. I hope to work with you soon! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
