vBulletin Install Skinning and Plugins

I need a vBulletin expert to do the following: 1. Install vBulletin forum/blogs 3.6.8 in my server's TEST environment. 2. Install NUHIT dot com plugins: vBwiki Pro, NuRatings, vBEvent Forums, Zoints tagging, Zoints Anonymous Posting. 3. Make changes to the skin/buttons, I will provide PSD file. 4. Deploy the finish product in my server's LIVE environment. You should have vBulletin experience as this should be completed in 3 days.
