PROJECT: BUILD A WEBSITE to show off my Software, APPS and Web Development Company BUDGET: $150 USD (MAX) "All bids above maximum budget will be discarded and not even considered for discussion" DETAILS: I am looking for a nice website that I can show off all the work I have done for other companies over the last couple decades. Something that is simple to navigate and has features similar to the look and appearance of this site [login to view URL] . In fact, this could be used as the template to work from. It will be attached to our site [login to view URL] . WHAT IT WOULD INCLUDE: 1. All features as seen on [login to view URL] 2. CraftySyntex Live Customer Support 3. Company Logo needed to be designed 4. A simplified Magento order form to enter software, apps, website designs, etc that I’ve had designed over the years allowing to display full details, show a price, specials, video presentations, etc that I could add to the eCommerce store to be ordered from. 5. 10 Free Contributions for Magento that I’ll pick at a later time after I get time to review them. 6. Graphic Design / Images as needed to complete the site as requested will be the responsibility of you although I “may” help if time permits. MAIN FOCUS: In the “about us” section, we will focus on the fact that I am a graduate of UCLA in Computer programming but the majority of our team is located internationally so by acting as a Project Management Company and Outsourcer, we will provide the highest quality workmanship at the lowest prices possible to do the job saving those in the USA upwards of 70% what they would normally pay in most cases. TERMS OF BUSINESS IF YOU ARE HIRED: Whomever is hired must agree to our terms of normal business. First, as you can see we have been with Freelancer for a long time and always maintain a 5 Star Feedback. I never ask for more than what I have put in a job description so please read my job description here and be sure you fully understand it or if not, ask questions before bidding. Second, if we agree on a price – don’t ask to increase it at a later time. Third, don’t take longer than the time you quote to finish this job. The whole idea of a guaranteed time of delivery is exactly that. Too many people say they can do something in 2 days but take 2 months. Finally, we don’t pay milestone payments. We will put the entire amount agreed upon in Freelancer Escrow for you if you wish but either way, no funds will be released till the job is 100% completed to my satisfaction as described here in this job description. On certain circumstances, if I see you went far and above what you were asked to do such as adding more features than requested here because you thought of better ways to improve what is being asked for, I often will award out an additional bonus.
