This is the front end design. Link to the database will not be done on this job. -We have a web page that we need the layout fixed and a menu added. -We also want the formatting of the first table #1 fixed… -The page must remain fully responsive and all buttons functional. -You are adding a menu to the page that allows the page to SCROLL up and down to the selected space on the page. Just like this menu (Menu demonstration Page): [login to view URL] - When the page scrolls down, the menu should never be on top of the existing vertical menus on the left and right of the page. -Use the formatting of the website template #1 to organize the layout so that is REMAINS RESPONSIVE. -Do not create your own code to lay the page out, Simply read the backup documents from Template #1 that explain how to lay out pages to make them responsive.
