You will need to ready to start immediately after being hired. You should work diligently full time on my project until completed. Keyword FULLTIME if you cannot dedicate yourself to getting this project done please do not apply. A idea candidate would be a full time freelancer or a team . The deadline is short on this project. This is 1-2 days of work max for a skilled php sql wordpress developer, it should not take 30-60 days to finish.

I am requiring that i see daily progress and reasonable communication, if i message you and it takes more than 24hrs to reply I will fire you and hire someone else, to many time wasters on this site.

I want to converse with the person doing the work not a secretary or bidding manager.

I am hiring hourly and will require time tracker to be used. I will not tolerate false inflation of hours worked, i will thoroughly review the time tracker before payment is made. If i find you are staring at the same page for 3hrs or watching netflix that will not be tolerated.

I am a web developer I have done what you see thus far I know how much work is required, I am hiring help because i have a overflow of work, not because i am incapable of finishing this. DO NOT try to bill me 50hrs for 6-12hrs of work in a attempt to get more money. A skilled php sql html WP professional should be able to complete this in 6-20 hrs max.

I am not hiring anyone who is not skilled I am not paying you to learn as you go. So if you do not know what to do by reading the info provided please do not waste my time by bidding.

With that being said I am real easy to work with but will certainly not tolerate any BS , I have been scammed on this site twice before and it will not happen again. Do good at this project and get first choice on future project I outsource a lot as I always have too much work.

So after reviewing the attached file !!! DO NOT BID WITHOUT REVIEWING THE FILE!!! everything you need to know is in the file I have created that to avoid telling 20 people the same thing all info is in there.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No autobids, generic bids, copy and paste bids etc. take the time to review the info i have submitted I took the time to write it up if you cannot take the time to review it do not bid. If you submit a auto bid then obviously you did not take the time to review this info. From my experience people who autobid and do not take the time to review this are making wild bids without knowing what needs to be done, then after 10mins of discussion just to find out they are incapable of doing it. Dont waste my time or your bid read the info first !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had many bad experiences with freelancers on this site out of every 10 bids

8 have no idea what they are bidding on

2 are just plain scammers or are incapable of producing the job.

2 actually know what they are doing and review everything before bidding.

I am looking for those last 2 which i will pick the best one according to the criteria above.

include this phrase with your bid "I am capable and have read everything"

please place your bid with a approximation of how many hours you think this will take you I will be hiring the cheapest, quickest, most capable freelancer.

I do not have time to repeatedly explain this over and over to each prospective freelancer all requirements are clearly outlined in the attached .doc if i am interested in hiring you i will shortlist you and discuss farther.

AND FURTHERMORE LETS PRESUME FOR A SECOND I AM NOT A IDIOT
I am a developer, and i just have way to much work right now which is why I am looking to hire help.
For those of you who are telling me this is 50-90hrs 2-3 weeks worth of work I find that absolutely amusing. Note above I am a developer I am not a idiot.

This is max 12-16 hrs of work for a skilled professional I call a estimate of over 20hrs a attempt to "milk the clock" which is a attempt to make X amount of dollars. I will not tolerate that and as noted you will be required to use time tracker I will review the time tracker thoroughly and if i find you staring at the same screen for 6hrs not changing a single line of code or watching netflix etc. I will immediately terminate you. This has happend in the past with freelancers onthis site.

I can do this myself in 24hrs or less, and I am slow. I will not hire someone who is slower than I am, I will not hire someone who does not know what they are doing, I am not paying you to learn how to.

A skilled php sql WP developer should have no problem finishing this in 12-16hrs.

And finally NO MILESTONES WILL BE CREATED UNTIL I SEE 50% of the work done

You can thank the last 2 guys i hired and fired for failing to start for this one.

1st guy took the project (which clearly states you must start immediately) 24 hrs later nothing had been done and the time tracker showed no data meaning he was not working on it. 12 hrs later he contacts me says "sorry it is flooding here" I pull up the weather report for his location it has not rained in 10 days.

2nd guy takes the job promises to start right away 24 hrs later no progress time tracker shows no data, he messages me and states "i cannot start work for 12 hrs my internet is down" really how are you messaging me then :) I wait 16 hrs still nothing then of course no response.

meanwhile I have $300 tied up in milestones with these 2 guys, i filed a dispute it will take 14 days to get my money back plus 10$ in fees to freelancer.com to arbitrate it, naturally since the time tracker shows no work was done i will have no issues getting my money back.

So here is how the milestones will work I see 50% of the work finished I will create a milestone, no exceptions, no excuses etc. Because if i continue to hire and have to fire people and create milestone deposits for each of these timewasters next thing i know I got $1500 tied up in disputes and $50 in arbitration fees. If you cannot work within these guidelines do not bid or withdraw your bid so i do not waste time awarding and then revoking the project happend twice already. If i had time to waste i would not be hiring help. So no upfront payment pre payment deposits etc. unitil i see work has started and is being accomplished efficiently. No more time wasters or scammers.

And just to reiterate as I clearly stated above you must start work immediately after being hired and you must work diligently to complete the project. Any excuses failure to work as agreed upon will result in immediate termination.
