Optimise Drupal site for iPad and iPhone

I would like someone to fix my site, so that it appears correctly on the iPad and iPhone. No changes are needed to the desktop site. I have attached where there are errors. The main functionality is to have certain views in portrait and landscape mode (shown in the images attached), and also ensure all of the pages show correctly on the iPad and iPhone screen in portrait and lanscape modes. The log in pop up forms dont show properly currently so that needs to be fixed (also show in the images attached). the site is [login to view URL] Please have access to an iPad for testing as using a web based simulator is not sufficient for this job.
