Creating jpg image

This is a simple, quick program.

I have JPEG pictures taken with my digital camera. I'm looking to assign the picture to a jlabel, add a small text description.

Here's the programming part: from the assigned picture and text, mentioned above, I want a program that creates a jpeg image that shows the image with the text on it.

Really simple.

I'd prefer JDK 1.3 but if 1.4 is needed for this then I'm ok with it...

I also I may assign a GIF image.

Just a couple more points on this assignment.

I've attatched a zip file that includes a quick program which you can run. It shows 3 radiobuttons and a main picture.

When you select a radiobutton a different picture is displayed with a different text message.

There is also a save button. Your task would be to add behavior to the save button. When it is pressed a new jpeg image should be created that looks just like the combined image and text(font, size, and color) on the jlabel.
