Java interface to webcams

Looking for a java class that interfaces with common webcams in a Windows environment. No JUSB. Interface must be implemented in either using Jawin or a custom JNI interface. We are expecting the developer to use a standard Microsoft interface to the webcam API. Or, if necessary, the Logitech quickcam SDK. ## Deliverables The following methods MUST be available: A main method for test purposes. complete with command line parameters save as file method (BMP image) return as integer array a way to specify resolution of image a way to take black and white images return java image object Must run on Sun JDK 1.3.1 and up Extra points for methods that are already wrapped for later implementation on other platforms. Serious bids only. You're going to have to prove you know your stuff with a phone interview. A complete project plan with the number of manhours, estimated time of delivery and regular status reports will be expected. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP+2K are the only that matter.
