Java Software Engineers

We are looking to hire Sr. Java Developers/Analyst (Web Applications) from Mumbai, India only. The software engineers will work in Mumbai & Europe. Skills Required... *Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software development methodologies either individually or as part of a project team. *Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy. *Develop browser-based applications and custom integration solutions. *Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business. *Act as a team leader as related to the Systems Life Cycle. *Develops programming and development standards. *Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent. *Properly address performance scalability and reliability issues *Develop and maintain consistent security and privacy strategy *Anticipate problems and develop contingency plans throughout the project life cycle ## Deliverables Technical Qualifications · Minimum of five year's industry experience · Strong level of proficiency in Java J2EE standards and best practices · Experienced with Java including RMI, JDBC, JSDK, Java Beans, applets, servlets, java server pages (jsp) . Experienced developing JSP pages that include client-side and server-side scripting · Experienced with internet technologies involving web-based applications · Experienced with transactional processing systems · Experienced with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server (stored procedures and triggers) · Experienced with Microsoft (IIS) · Experienced with Netscape and Microsoft browsers · Experienced with developing applications for Microsoft Windows 2000 · Experienced with NT development environment · Experienced with Networking (http, ftp,smtp,soap) protocols · Experienced with Java Script and/or VB script, Dhtml,CSS,Web Based GUI Design · Knowledge in the development and implementation of XML including DTD/schema, parsers and style sheets · Knowledge in the development and implementation of Web Services .
