Php programming work (Additional Workers needed)

**Brief Description** This job involves the planning, design, and development of online based software that deals with both financial planning and real estate. Please refer to detailed description for more information. This project is an extension of a previous project that is ongoing and for which we are now seeking additional workers. ## Deliverables **Full Description** This job involves the planning, design, and development of online based software that deals with both financial planning and real estate. This project deals with some basic mathematical formulas as well as some cross-platform communication between components such as PHP's GD library, Linux sub-systems (e.g. crontab), and Microsoft Office. Most of the components are primarily coded using PHP; however, due to the nature of the job, we require strong knowledge and coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, and JQuery. All coding must conform to the standards specified within the internal project guidelines (e.g. W3C, HTML 4.01 Strict, XML 1.1, etc.) and keep your systems up-to-date with the latest technology required to work on this project. You will be required to give daily (sometimes more than once per day) updates to the Project Manager and coordinate closely to ensure that there is perfect synergy between you, your team, and the project objectives. You will be required to commit your code both as you work on it and nightly to our SVN repository for easy integration and management. You will be required to utilize our issue tracking system to keep track of you and your team's assignments as well as any issues that crop up in the project. Communication is extremely vital for this project. There are multiple teams working on this project. Please only bid if you have the time to dedicate to this project, as it is a project that will span over a number of months. We require that you please submit to us a portfolio of your work. We prefer non-template examples. We want to see systems that you coded mostly from the ground up. **Tasks** ? Plan, Design, and Develop (program) components and subsystems for these projects ? Communicate with relevant stakeholders (Project Manager, team members, other teams, etc.) ? Provide an accurate accounting of hours and time it took to achieve each task ? Solve coding and engineering problems with the software ? Fix all identified issues and/or bugs assigned to you and your team **Skills** ? Technical degree or Bachelor's in Computer Science ? Technical degree or Bachelor's in Information Technology ? Master's in Information Systems **When Bidding** 1. Please provide a portfolio of your previous work, which should contain: a. Web sites you have designed from the ground up, which are NOT template based b. Examples should include the technologies: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JQuery 2. An example of an engineering problem (programming) that you have encountered and how you solved it 3.
