4 css tabless designs for a php based cms, based on one existing engine.

3mille is a young website and imagery production studio located in France, specialising in Web Semantic, Mashups, and Photographic services.

**We require four working demo sites offering virtual tours from quality photographic slideshows and QTVRs. Most of the code is done, This is mostly css design.**

**1 - Virtuel-immobilier** is a real estate site offering custom search using Google Base, as well as slideshows and QTVR.

We have already [one design under construction][1] that contains most if not all the necessary coding. We do require a second working model. You will be able to access all the existing files, as well as getting advise from our resident coder.

**2 - Virtuel Hospitality** is for tourism businesses, such as hotels and resorts, and will offer virtual tours with slideshows, qtvr, as well as a blog and a reservation enquiry page.

**3 - Virtuel Gallery** is a site containing a blog, a portfolio, and an ecommerce shopping gallery for photographs and visual artists.

ExpressionEngine, our cms of choice, contains already as standard the gallery module and simple commerce modules. We have already got the code modified to allow posting monoslideshows without programming.

**4. Virtuel Lyon**, is a site acting like a tourism office, providing both real estate, and hospitality templates, with added pages, like places worth visiting, etc.. again, the code is already done. We do need the design.

Emphasis is therefore on stylish design, with web standards and performance in mind. We use [ExpressionEngine][2] as cms of choice.

## Deliverables

EE uses [some specific tagging][3] that you will need to learn. THis is not complicated however.

The projects will be divided into 4 milestones, each corresponding to one site, and 25% intermediary payments each time will be made upon full working delivery of each site.

Unless we are the cause of any delays, **we will not accept late delivery**. Please, this is an important information.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
