Help with website

I just canceled a project because i got the phplogin working but still need help with this. I am looking got someone to help me with a test webpage at [login to view URL] What I want to do is be able to control the height of the four tables in the bottom center of the page, no matter what content I add to the table. I also want a gap between the four table so they don't overlap the borders. Any suggestions to enhancing the page would be appreciated and will be paid for. What I want basically is for all the tables to line up, spaced out a little and look good. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
