HIGHLY ADVANCED & Experienced Web Programmer for Web Project

VERY IMPORTANT -PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY: Please do not bid if you do not have ALL these skills with an ADVANCED level Skills required: HTML, PHP, MySQL, and XML, Flash, Actionscript We are looking for an experienced web programmer who can take on projects on a regular basis on a contract basis. We are looking for a RELIABLE programmer who can take our photoshop web design files (layered) and program them into either a Flash or HTML website. VERY IMPORTANT: In addition each of the websites will need to be integrated into our existing proprietary content management system (CMS). You will need to learn about and work with this proprietary CMS when programming the website. The following are MANDATORY requirements: Web Developer with the following skills: Mandatory Requirements: Flash - ADVANCED REQUIRED Actionscript - ADVANCED REQUIRED HTML/Javascript - ADVANCED LEVEL REQUIRED XML CSS PHP 4+ - ADVANCED LEVEL REQUIRED MySQL - ADVANCED LEVEL REQUIRED Photoshop Optional requirements: JQuery The successful bidder will receive ongoing projects on a regular basis. The successful bidder must be able to communicate and understand english fluently. The successful bidder must be willing to agree to responding to all communication within 24 business hours. The successful bidder must be willing to sign a copyright and confidentiality agreement. Please submit a bid on what you would charge to develop a website with the following perameters: 1. We provide layered design files of the site GUI 2. You develop a HTML or Flash based website using the design provided 3. You integrate the site into our existing proprietary CMS (content management system) which uses PHP, MySQL, & XML 4. All testing and debugging to ensure site is working properly, and has cross browser support until we are fully satisfied PLEASE NOTE: It will take some time to understand the dynamics of our custom CMS, however, we will provide basic instructions on how to integrate it into the HTML or Flash website you build. IMPORTANT: Only bidders who have the qualifications listed above AND agree to all the terms and conditons listed herein should bid on this project.
