40hrs per Month of a Guru level PHP developer

I simply need a Guru level PHP Developer with Positive feedback on PHP projects done. PHP JavaScript CSS HTML mySQL XML AJAX ** Any Social Media API knowledge would be Excellent - Should be available during US Eastern Time zone for chatting and discussions. At least for 4-5 hours daily overlap. - Should be very good in estimation or analysis of Tasks and come up with correct timelines and very competitive timelines. Not ask for 2hrs for a 1hr task and so on. - ****IMP *** The way I will work is for each task I will ask for an Estimate for hours. Then submit the task and get the task done. If the Developer takes more than the Estimate then it would be their loss. I should know before hand how many hours a task is going to take before the Programming Task can be assigned. - Should be ready to learn new things such as integration with third party applications and learn their API/SDK quickly and be productive ASAP - Need someone who is sharp and quick thinker off the feet. - Should work independently and not depend on anyone to make decisions on Time Estimates or task planning. The daily interaction with him would be one-on-one. So any questions I have should be answered by himself and not his team or his Management. Should be able to make decisions quickly - I expect the person to not take too many Leaves or Holidays. Let me know beforehand if he is going on Leave or Holiday. - Be Dependable every day - Use online Project Management system such as BaseCamp or Zoho - Should have a High Speed internet Connection for Remote Desktop or Collaborative work together. - Available on Skype Daily for those hours - Be reachable by a Phone number for Discussions
