Improve Search and Pagination

Our admin makes use of several AJAX methods in order to provide us some cool methods of search. However these cool methods of search have downfalls such as slowness, displayable data searching only (meaning we cannot search all data that is on other pages, we can only search what we can see). We need someone to evaluate our current solution, talk to us about the issues we are having, come up with a solution that will not completely destroy our admin panel layout and implement your solution across needed pages or entire admin panel.
