Scope: Logo and Website design. Installation of Joomla CMS on a Linux web server, and build website pages in Joomla using the existing XHTML/CSS. Implement all website pages and homepage in Joomla as well as implementing SSL for some pages where needed. You will need to change, edit and add graphics and make some modifications to the CSS and add content to pages where required to finish building the website. The website will be in English. Skills Required: Joomla Development and Administration, Logo Design, PHP, MySQL, Linux, XHTML, XML, HTTP Post, CSS, Web Design, JQuery/Javascript, SSL Installation, API Integration where necessary, HTTP form integration and form design, integration of payment systems ie: merchant account/paypal/google checkout etc, contactable by phone or gmail chat, good spoken/written English. We will need the ability to add/delete/modify pages, post banner messages for our clients on the home ie: for announcements such Happy New Year, Service Announcements etc. We will also need generic page templates created such that when we add new pages they will a static and uniform set of information. You will be given the joomla template which will need modifying, the content information for all pages, however you will have to come up with a unique set of telecom/telco related graphics for the pages. You will also be given sample websites of what we are a looking to achieve. The inner pages will have to be modified to reflect information and design relative to what the user is viewing/has requested ie: clicking on say Broadband tab or product graphic should show the different broadband products and any upsell products/information. After the website is finished, you will need to provide instructions that we can use to update the site with new products and change product information in the Joomla CMS. In summary, we are looking for someone/company we can work with for the long term and hence a good spoken/written english and availability of the person by phone or email is imperative. And finally, payment will be made in 2 stages at 50% and at completion with the return/provision to us of all files/psd/graphics etc used in the design of the project. Please do not ask for any payment to be released before beginning work. This is non-negotiable.
