Joomla Web Design & Maintenance Partner

I have a small web design and hosting company. We currently host 9 websites. Half are static HTML and half are Joomla based sites. Moving forward we will be building all future sites in Joomla (currently version 2.5). We are looking for a partner to handle all web design and maintenance for ALL of our sites. We will handle the hosting, client relations, billing, marketing, etc. Our partner will only deal directly with us and never the client. ## Deliverables I have a small web design and hosting company. We are looking for a partner to handle all web design and maintenance for ALL of our sites. We will handle the hosting, client relations, billing, marketing, etc. Our partner will only deal directly with us and never the client. Our business model is based on low cost upfront design with a moderately priced monthly maintenance fee. Often times there are NO changes, but we still get paid for our full service hosting. We would like to offer the same thing to our chosen partner. As mentioned above, we currently have 9 custom sites that we maintain. We have been contracted to build 2 more custom sites in the next 15 days. One of these will be based on a Joomlashack template that we have already purchased. We have paid lifetime access to Joomlashack templates, and try to use these whenever possible to defray time and cost. Additionally, we have a contract to build 10+ "cookie-cutter" sites EVERY month for over 100 total sites! These will not be custom sites. They will be less than 12 pages (a couple of pages are iframes of Google Calendar and other things which you will not have to set up), have a fixed menu structure, and based on only a few premade templates. We currently have 7 of these to build and more coming every week. The payment structure for building these sites is as follows: > Build of custom Joomla 2.5 site to client satisfaction (may often use premade templates) - $100 (I know it is low, but you will make it up on the monthly maint fees :-) > Build of "cookie-cutter" sites based on selected templates - $50 (these are very small and quick sites to build) > Monthly maintenance of custom sites: $10 per month per site > Monthly maintenance of "cookie-cutter" sites: $5 per month per site A help desk interface will be provided on our website and all requests for ongoing maintenance will be coordinated through that interface. As the person who has been doing this design and maintenance myself for the past several months, I can honestly state that the workload is fairly low. Only a few of these sites regularly update content and it is usually minor changes. Additionally, by leading with the premade templates for new sites, the workload there is greatly reduced. If you are interested, please reply with a bid for doing the first 2 custom sites and the first 5 "cookie-cutter" sites. This would be a total of $450 dollars. If that experience goes well, we will set you up to start maintaining all of the sites. This will be a $160 per month ongoing assignment after finishing the above work. As you add sites the monthly income will grow with each added site.
