PHP Browser Game Project

Set in 2060, Players crash land on Planet and their character begins (dont worry, its all text, no graphics here) Anyway, Players begin on the streets of a city/collony and must go about their daily lives, eating food, doing "earns", posting messeges, studying/training for different things, gaining licences for this that and other. While they are building, the original lifeform aliens are prone to attack any weak or unsuspecting victims. Players will be attacked, and if they are weak, they will be killed, and they will have to begin a new Character. There is none of this "you died continue from recovery point". You are either Dead or alive. Once strong enough, players can kill off the aliens and eventually the cities will be people populated. This can be done using weapons, poisons ect. From here, utopias begin to form and flourish but not all players want to be on the good side of the city. Some might choose to be rebels or criminals and they take the evil side, destroying cities while the good side protect and try to live. There is to be a lot of interaction between the characters such as beating each other up, transfering currencys, studying, performing duties for each other ect There will be jobs and degrees for them, as well as occupations such as Medics, Front line soldiers ect. I am wanting a lot of interaction between the players, as that is where the game is to master. The WHOLE thing is to be done in PHP, so dont freat about the graphics, there practically arnt any. It will be fully Txt done, so as long as you can Code it, thats close enough I require active google chat or Msn messenger chat and bidders must have good english skills as there will be many questions in every stage. I live in New Zealand (that little island by Australia for all you people who dont know where New Zealand is) so make sure your time zone is similar to mine.
