PHP (or Java) Shopping Cart coder Experienced in Dutch iDeal

Looking for a coder to: - Build and install a Shopping cart - Connect cart with **Dutch iDeal payment system.** (contracts and testing already done.) I want similar processing for my book website: [login to view URL] **Please see attached document for translations of this site.** **System requirements:** 1. Shopping cart appears on top of main page. (as a non-blockable pop-up) 2. Shopping cart works on browsers: IExpl 6-7, FireFx, Safari. 3. Multi language. Shopping cart should be parameterized on language, retrieving all text from a table where multiple languages are stored in the colums. (No CMS required, I will manage tables directly). Multi language structure already in place. 4. Make product database. (No CMS required) Fields: - picture (jpg or pic) link to file on server. - label, Char[100] - price, float - currency, char[3] - shipping cost, float - languageId, int (languages already defined on existing site) - ebooklink, char[200] 5. Software will save order info to table and connect do iDeal payment system. (iDeal contract already active) 6. Software will send confirmation e-mail to buyer with generated order/invoice nr. 7. Append order details to external file [login to view URL] 8. (outside this bid) A separate script will FTP [login to view URL] to fulfilment house, they will ship the books. (Later addition, outside this bid) The site will also sell an e-book which will be another entry in the product database. The e-book will be delivered with the e-mail in step 6. Database should have additional field for e-book hyperlink for download. E-books will not have step 8 processing. **Coder requirements:** - Have experience with (Dutch) payment systems. - Show similar (pop-up) shopping carts built previously.
