PHP programming on a Wordpress platform (need expert to finish)

We have a Website that is roughly 40% [login to view URL] are in need of someone who can dive in to what's been built and quickly finish the project while communicating daily with us as to progress. The project can probably be completed in 40 hours and in 5 -10 business days. It is PHP on a Wordpress platform/structure so the client can use a Wordpress Dashboard to edit. Do not be confused by this: it is NOT a traditional wordpress site. We do NOT want any plugins used because they are unsecure. We want the project completed with PHP. Starting over is out of the question. These sections need to be completed: 1. Search by zip code or postal code to locate a store within 50 miles of user. Latitudes and longitudes are provided to you, and so are location addresses of 888 addresses which are in a spreadsheet. 2. User creates an account so she can upload photos to an online photo gallery. Photos are pre-approved by admin before they are published. 3. User creates/or uses same account to register for a wish list gift registry. The wish list gift registry works very simply and I can describe in more detail. 4. There is no ecommerce on this site. 5. No Wordpress plugins will be used. 6. There is an English site and a version of the same site in another language. All of the other language's web pages and dashboard to enter products is already built. 7. User searches for products. Products are organized into categories and can be tagged via Wordpress dashboard. When user searches for a product, she will be taken to a detail page in which she can post a comment; view more information; print the page; email the page; view product dimensions by clicking a link to a pdf; view more details by clicking a link to a pdf. 8. User can create an account to customize two graphics on her personal web page. She can invite family/friends via her email address book. Graphics are already created. Template is already created. 9. Search site (already functioning and is based on the tags used for each product). 10. There are a few more details that are simple to do. ## Deliverables There are two slideshows that need to be programmed to match the homepage slideshow in their functionality.
