php vbulletin scraper

I need a php script that will scrape a vbulletin forum (without rss feed) and output the data to a rss feed with the last 10-20 entries. The script will scrape the Thread title with link, the date/time, and the first page of each individual thread. I will be able to specify in the script the number of pages to scrape in the main 'Service Plays' forum. For example, if you go to the URL below, and I tell the script to scrape the first 3 pages (I do not want the 'Sticky' threads to be scraped), it will go to each thread, scrape the title of the thread, the Last post date/time, and each post on the first page of that thread, then move to page 2 of that thread, then page 3. Read below for more detailed data.
1. The script will go to [url removed, login to view]
2. For example, as of right now, the first post is titled '[url removed, login to view] 4/19', with the Last Post data as 'Today 01:21 AM'. The script will go to [url removed, login to view], which is the thread URL for that post, and would scrape each post (just the actual post is needed, not any other data on the page). So, for this example, the script would output the following data to a rss feed:

LA Lakers - 11.5
Orlando Magic -9
*BP*Miami Heat +5 (small lean towards the ML)

3. Then the script will go to the next post, and scrape the data, and append it to the end of the same rss feed, and will continue scraping threads/posts until it has reached the end of the specified number of pages.
