I need of a taxi fare estimator for my site, like this:

The new estimator have to:
-when i select a different city, the map center to this city and load a different district line (from a kmz files or same)
-get the fares of different city from a mysql db
-use the euro value
-give the possibility to include in a iframe and load it with a variable of the selected city
I've to put this estimator in my joomla site, and include in affiliated site (non-joomla)
you have to give me the possibility to translate it in Italian
