Web Platform for renting building workers - planning, design, development -

The project is aimed to build a platform for publishing building projects and therefore find builders which do the work - we need a complete web based solution divided in typical 4 Areas. In basic it?s similar to vworker platform but a lot smaller. We aim to find operators for diggers, cranes and others. a) a webpage for visitors - showing different lists (projects, top builders), giving possibilities to search in different ways (per name, project, date, category, by rating...) - also needs different registration for 2 types of customers - employers and builders. The projects are quite simple - we need some categories and some fields - but basic things like duration, description, location and so on - no difficult things. b) a login area for builders with typical functions * account edit * my bids * my running projects (showing projects, uploaded docs from builder) * billing overview * project suggestions * different notifications (email/sms on new project - we got an sms gateway class here already) * rate last builder * ... c) a login area for employers - here it?s getting a little tricky - we need to divide into 2 parts - a login for employers construction manager and a login for companies billing department - so one company can contain more than one construction manager also with typical functions * account edit * my projects * add project * billing information * billing settings - for company only * upload documents to project (weekly hour report) * see my ratings d) admin area - all things that we need to administer * administer customers (change, disable, see billing information ...) * administer employee - company and manager accounts * billing, invoicing (generating pdf, receiving/booking payment ...) * project (enable/disable/activate) * templating for emails * cms system (about us, press relations and some other pages) * crm system (configuration and writing emails to users) * invoice projects after they?re finished for further details see below in additional information. ## Deliverables We?d like to get the whole system developed and designed in a basic actual design (standards compatible - IE>=7). The whole system should be developed and texted (error texts, form labels, short infos ... not the cms texts) should be done in english - but multilange capable (gettext or similar) - we?ll translate in german and maybe other languages by ourself. We need the whole system developed in object oriented PHP (5.3) and MySQL (5.1/5.5) - we are experienced developers but got not enough resources at the moment - so please only bid if you?re experienced in php and mysql - we would like to do steady development on this project by ourself or in partnership - so we need a clean base code. Documentation can be done basically within php code - no further documentation needed. For the whole development period we?ll provide a root server with LAMPP stack (centos/ubuntu), also we?d like to use subversion while the development period to have a clean source code managment. We?d like to find a partner for a long term partnership which has some knowledge with medium sized web projects and also has a bunch of snippets to develop such a system. Documentation can be done basically within php code - no further documentation needed We know with this short description a lot of question are unanswered - so we got a ppt defining the suggested pages in more detailed way - but there are a lot of things which can only be cleared while devloping. So we?re working on planning this project right now (and also in future) and we can answer most upcoming questions. The project is planned to come online in a basic (working) version asap - and for sure needs further development and adding of additional features step by step.
