Website PSD design for an Entertainment / Circus / Magical Act

This is a first phase for a website project. We are looking for a designer to create a PSD design for an entertainment website. The website will be running on a Joomla backend so the designer must keep in mind that the second portion of the project will be the template of the design on Joomla platform as well as building Flash components and enhancements. Therefore the design must follow Joomla design standards and have a Joomla compatible layout. Because this is an entertainment website the design must be modern, attractive, have layout that will accept Flash elements, will reflect the "Magical" and "Mysterious" aspect of the act. The website will be built for a "Magical Transformation Act" very much like the one called "Quickchange". You can do some research by searching YouTube for "David and Dania" or "Quick Change" to get an idea for the kind of act this will be featuring. For preliminary work you can use whatever you can find on the internet for David and Dania. Once the project preliminary design is accepted we will provide the Graphics to plug-in. **We expect some preliminary ideas for the design prior to accepting a bid. We would like to see at least 1 main entry page and 1 inner page ideas.** Here is a little bit about our company ------------------------ We are an IT design and development company.
