Website Widget/Button Project(repost)

Hello.

Thanks for looking at this bid request.

I am looking to create a system similar to this:

The above link takes you to a site where you can bookmark your site.

Although what i want is a 'Contact Button' where a user can put this onto their site, or blog or in a forum signature and when someone clicks on it, it displays their contact information, eg. email address, msn, yahoo, aim etc.

I guess there would need to be 2 versions, one for on a site/blog and one for in a forum signature (just an image with a link).

The user should have an account on my site, allowing them to enter details, choose what to display etc.

I can take care of graphics if you just say what you need creating.
